Ordering Information

Please fill out the Custom Order form to inquire. All bookings are dependent on availability and filling out the form does not guarantee your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Response time varies and may be longer during peak holidays.

Minimum Order

• Full size (3"-4.5") hand-piped cookies have a two dozen minimum.

• Mini (1.5-2") hand-piped cookies have a three dozen minimum for stand alone orders and one dozen minimum as a full size add-on.

• Custom printed cookies have a 1 dozen minimum.​

• Macarons & drop cookies have a one dozen minimum order per flavor.

Rush Orders

Bookings made within 2 weeks will incur a rush fee.

​

Payment

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in-full unless otherwise noted. Payment is taken through Square Invoices unless otherwise discussed. Details are provided in the quote. 9.25% sales tax will be added to all orders. Invoices will be cancelled after 72 hours of non payment. Cancelled invoices may incur a 10% reinvoicing fee.

Packaging

Custom cookies will be individually heat sealed and packaged in a bakery box with a bow. Additional fees may be incurred for additional packaging requests.

Pick-up

Porch pickup is offered for flexibility. Orders not picked up within the given window may sit out for an extended period of time. Please notify if alternate pickup needs to be arranged. If you'd prefer a direct hand off of cookies, please let me know when we schedule pickup!

Terms and Conditions

Changes to Order

I get it, I have a three year old too. I know party themes can change weekly. Changes to order may be accommodated up to two weeks prior to pick up. Occasionally, my schedule may not allow for changes to quantity. If changes result in a difference in price, an additional invoice will be sent.

Cancellation Policy

Refund or store credit for full amount of order is available up to 4 weeks prior to pickup date. A 50% refund may be given if cancelled two weeks prior to pickup minus any cost specifically related to cancelled order. *No refunds for no shows but an alternate pickup date can be arranged if communicated* 

Allergy warning

Products are made with love in my home kitchen that is not inspected by the state. Known allergens may be present, including milk, eggs, wheat, and nuts. While these cookies do not contain nuts, they are made in a shared kitchen. I do my best to avoid cross contamination, but cannot guarantee they are safe for those with an extreme allergy. Please note macarons contain almonds.

Gluten-Friendly Items

I'm happy to offer both gluten-friendly sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and macarons! While these items do not contain gluten, my kitchen is not gluten free. I take care to avoid cross contamination but cannot guarantee they are safe for those with an extreme allergy.

Colors

Color match is not guaranteed due to factors outside of my control. Color palettes will be matched as closely as possible but different lighting may affect the appearance.

 

Shipping/Delivery

Due to Tennessee Cottage Food Laws, we are unable to ship. Orders can be picked up in Hendersonville near Creekwood Marina. Exact address will be provided on the invoice. Delivery can be arranged for a fee.

Storage

Sugar Cookies: Heat sealed cookies remain fresh for 7-10 days at room temperature. Cookies may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Cookies must be thawed in the airtight container for 3-4 hours or until they reach room temperature. DO NOT OPEN container early as condensation may affect royal icing design (cookies will still be delicious). 

Macarons: Macarons will remain fresh for 5 days if kept in an airtight container in the fridge. Macarons can be frozen in an airtight container for 6 weeks.

Drop Cookies: Drop cookies will remain fresh for 3-5 days if kept in an airtight container. Most drop cookies can be frozen for 6 weeks.

Handling

Nicholson's Nibbles handles your cookies with care from oven to pickup but is not responsible for damage once they leave the porch. Do not place cookies in direct sunlight for an extended time or condensation may occur. Do not leave in a hot car or condensation may occur. Place your goodies in your trunk or floorboard and drive like you're transporting your grandma's green bean casserole.
