Hi! I'm Sarah, the baker, order taker, and poor pun maker behind Nicholson's Nibbles. My dream of owning a bakery sprouted when I was a little girl, but only came to fruition after I had a little girl of my own. As a new mom, I wanted a creative outlet that didn't take me away from home.

 

 I began decorating sugar cookies and quickly fell in love. It's the perfect combination of my love of baking and my desire to create art. My love for baking was rekindled in late 2020 and it hasn't stopped with sugar cookies. I've since added marvelous macarons, gourmet cookies, and decadent brownie bites.

 

I'm blessed to have the support (& IT help) from my husband, Matt, and the two toughest recipe critics in town. I hope to share my bakery with my girls one day and continue my lifelong celebration of food.
